Shipping & Returns

Returns: Please return items in original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. You have 30 days from the time you receive your goods to return your order. We do not accept returns on close outs, opened, discounted and sale items.

Return Policy: Un-opened or damaged merchandise. 30 days from the receipt of goods. Shipping charges to return merchandise will be customers responsibility unless otherwise determined by our customer service department.

Opened Merchandise: If you have opened your package and need to return, you must call us at : 888-490-4333 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.)
A 15% restocking fee may be charged for items returned not in their original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee may be charged for all unauthorized returns.
